Anti-AR-β1 (A302) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody raised against AR-ß1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. Validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supported by 3 scientific images.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 261–310 of Human AR-ß1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of the AR-ß1 protein, which has a reported molecular weight of ~ 51 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
