Anti-AR-α2A (R361) Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against AR-α2A (R361). The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 331-380 of Human AR-α2A. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of AR-α2A protein, with reported molecular weights of approximately 48 and 54 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
