Anti-AQP9 Antibody

The Antibodies.com anti-Aquaporin 9/AQP-9 antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against AQP9, supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation. It is affinity purified and validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 211–295 of human AQP9 (NP_066190.2). The reported molecular weight is 32 kDa / 37–43 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
