Anti-AQP4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against aquaporin-4 (AQP4), the mercurial-insensitive water channel also known as MIWC or WCH4. The antibody is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human AQP4 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the AQP4 protein across multiple species, with validated reactivity toward human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated for maximum flexibility in downstream detection. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, with purification performed by affinity chromatography against the epitope-specific immunogen.
