Anti-AQP4 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Aquaporin 4 (AQP4) and supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is of the IgG isotype and is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 244–323 of human Aquaporin-4 (AQP4) (NP_001641.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal; concentration is lot specific. The reported molecular weight of the target is 35 kDa.
