Anti-AQP3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Aquaporin 3 (AQP3) protein. The unconjugated reagent is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 178–292 of human AQP3 and is affinity-purified. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry and ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Antibody concentration is reported as lot-specific, and the target protein migrates at approximately 32 kDa.
