Anti-AQP2 (R252) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to AQP2 (R252), unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 230-280 of human AQP2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of AQP2 protein. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The expected molecular weight is approximately 26 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and is accompanied by two scientific validation images.
