Anti-AQP10 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Aquaporin 10 (AQP-10), available through Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. It is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and supplied as a liquid preparation at lot-specific concentration.

Generation of the antibody used a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 209-301 of human AQP10 (NP_536354.2) as immunogen, with the target migrating at approximately 35 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended use is at a Western Blot dilution of 1:200-1:1,000. The product ships at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. One scientific validation image accompanies the product.
