Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting APTX is supplied by Antibodies.com for use in western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is of the IgG isotype.
It was raised against recombinant full length human APTX and is reported to detect endogenous levels of the APTX protein. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 41 kDa.
