Anti-APTX Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting APTX, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com and listed as a Primary Antibody. According to the manufacturer, the reagent reacts with human samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications.

The antibody is of the IgG isotype, presented as a liquid and affinity purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 93–342 of human APTX (NP_001182178.1). Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, ICC/IF 1:50–1:100 and IP 1:20–1:50. Molecular weight is 40 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
