Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets APRT and is unconjugated for use in Western blot (WB) applications. It is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human and mouse samples.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-180 of human APRT (NP_000476.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 22 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500-1:2,000.
Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
