APRIL (A Proliferation-Inducing Ligand), also designated TNFSF13, is a type II transmembrane member of the tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily that drives B-cell maturation, immunoglobulin class-switch recombination, and plasma cell survival. The Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, aliquoted at 100 µl per vial and ready for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows. Validated reactivity spans human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species comparative studies of lymphoid tissue, tumor microenvironment profiling, and autoimmune disease models in which aberrant APRIL signaling contributes to pathogenesis. The glycerol-containing buffer permits convenient storage at -20 °C with minimal freeze-thaw degradation, while the sodium azide preservative extends shelf life under standard laboratory conditions.
