Anti-APPL1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and directed against APPL1. The reagent is supplied unconjugated in liquid form, with an IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) application. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–210 of human APPL1 (NP_036228.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 95 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The antibody is supported by 1 scientific validation image.
