Anti-APP Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the amyloid precursor protein (APP) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1.0 mg/mL. It was raised against a synthetic peptide of human APP and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen, yielding an unconjugated reagent that detects the endogenous level of total APP protein. The antibody has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it a versatile choice for amyloid research across multiple model systems. The buffer composition is phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol for cryoprotection.
