Anti-APP (Ab-668) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies catalogue, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide sequence surrounding amino acids 666–670 (A-V-T-P-E) of human APP (amyloid precursor protein). The antibody detects endogenous levels of total APP protein and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with no fluorophore or enzyme tag (unconjugated). It is offered in a 50 µl pack size and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.
