Anti-APP/β-Amyloid (phospho-T668) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting APP/ß-Amyloid, specifically recognising the phosphorylated Threonine 668 site. The antibody was generated against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human APP/ß-Amyloid around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 668. It detects endogenous levels of APP695 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr668, or at the corresponding position on other isoforms. The observed molecular weight range is approximately 70 to 140 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
