Anti-APP/β-Amyloid Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent, this primary antibody targets APP/β-Amyloid and is supplied at 50 µl per vial as a 1 mg/ml solution in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF), and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supporting studies of amyloid precursor protein biology and Alzheimer's disease models. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum and recognises endogenous levels of multiple APP isoforms (including APP695, APP696, APP714, APP733, APP751 and APP752), producing a band of approximately 70–140 kDa on Western blots.
