Anti-APOM Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Apolipoprotein M (APOM), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid preparation. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the antibody has been affinity purified and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 22-188 of human ApoM (NP_061974.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 21 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200.
