Anti-APOL3 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, targets the APOL3 protein and is provided as an unconjugated reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, with an IgG isotype.

Specificity is directed against endogenous levels of APOL3 protein, and the immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human APOL3. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein appears at approximately 36 and 44 kDa.
