Anti-APOL2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody to APOL2 (Apolipoprotein L-II) is provided as a 50 µl aliquot formulated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺, with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabiliser. It is unconjugated and raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human APOL2, with the resulting antiserum affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography to detect endogenous levels of total APOL2 protein. The reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and is reactive with human samples. It is of the polyclonal rabbit IgG class, shipped cold at 4 °C and intended for storage at –20 °C in aliquots, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
