Anti-ApoL1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Apolipoprotein L1 (ApoL1) and validated for use in ELISA, Western Blotting (WB), and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). It was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human ApoL1, allowing the reagent to detect endogenous levels of the ApoL1 protein with high specificity. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, buffered in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, making it suitable for a wide range of secondary detection strategies in human samples. For best preservation of activity, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
