Anti-APOH Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets apolipoprotein H (APOH) and was raised against a recombinant human APOH immunogen before affinity purification. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, and it cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, recognizing endogenous levels of total APOH protein. The vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted on arrival and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity.
