Anti-APOH Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody directed against APOH (Apo-H), supplied unconjugated as a primary antibody by Antibodies.com. The reagent is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and reacts with human samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 21–345 of human APOH (NP_000033.2).

The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Reported molecular weight is 45 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, with concentration reported as lot specific. The product ships at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
