Anti-APOC2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Apolipoprotein CII (ApoC-II), also known as APOC2. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human and rat samples. One scientific validation image is available.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–101 of human APOC2 (NP_000474.2). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 11 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:100–1:500 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
