Anti-APOC1 Antibody

Primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against Apolipoprotein CI/Apo-CI (APOC1). This polyclonal antibody is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been shown to react with human and rat samples.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-83 of human APOC1 (NP_001636.1). The antibody is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended dilution for IHC is 1:50-1:100.

Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
