Anti-ApoC-III Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against human apolipoprotein C-III (ApoC-III) and is supplied in a 50 µl liquid format at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human ApoC-III, and the antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is unconjugated and presented in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide as a stabilising buffer. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB) and ELISA, and the reagent has been tested for reactivity with human samples. Western Blot analysis on 293T-UV cells is shown as a representative data image on the product page. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
