Anti-APOBEC3C Antibody

Supplied through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit-derived polyclonal IgG raised against the human APOBEC3C cytidine deaminase (also known as A3C, APOBEC1L, PBI and Phorbolin I). Each 50 µl vial is provided at approximately 1 mg/ml as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and the antibody is supplied unconjugated for downstream labelling flexibility. The product has been validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence, making it suitable for detection of endogenous APOBEC3C protein in human samples across blotting and imaging workflows. The polyclonal antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific chromatography to greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE, and the host species, isotype and unconjugated format make it compatible with standard anti-rabbit IgG secondary reagents.
