Anti-APOBEC3B Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against APOBEC3B and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and reacts with human samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–180 of human APOBEC3B (NP_004891.4), and the target is detected at approximately 30 kDa / 46 kDa / 70 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:200–1:1,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
