Mouse monoclonal antibody directed against human Apolipoprotein B (APOB), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in a 50 µl vial. The APOB protein is the structural backbone of several atherogenic lipoprotein particles, including VLDL, IDL, LDL, and Lp(a), and serves as the physiological ligand for the LDL receptor, making it a focal target in studies of lipid transport, hepatic lipoprotein secretion, and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.

Clone A1329 is raised in mouse and validated across multiple experimental platforms, with reported performance in Western blot, immunocytochemistry, and flow cytometry. Reactivity is established for human APOB, supporting detection of the protein in cell lysates, fixed cultured cells, and surface or intracellular staining of suspension preparations. The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with secondary reporters of the user's choice, including HRP, fluorophore, or biotin conjugates depending on the workflow.

Intended for cardiovascular and metabolic research, biomarker development, and investigations of familial hypercholesterolemia, hepatic lipid handling, or statin pharmacology. Refrigerate the vial upon arrival; aliquot to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles and protect from light if a downstream conjugate is added before staining.
