Anti-APOB Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Apolipoprotein B (APOB) and supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

Produced in rabbit as an IgG polyclonal preparation, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1890–2190 of human ApoB (NP_000375.3); the target protein has a molecular weight of 250 kDa. The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, with concentration reported as Lot Specific.
