Anti-APLP2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targeting APLP2, raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation. The reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, and is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) [C0, S1].

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 370–580 of human APLP2 (NP_001633.1). The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a reported molecular weight of 87 kDa [S1]. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF [S1]. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles [S1].
