Anti-APLP1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against APLP1 and belongs to the manufacturer's Primary Antibodies range. It is supplied as an IgG antibody in unconjugated form and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with four scientific validation images available.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 285–490 of human APLP1 (NP_005157.1), and the target band is reported at 72 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The reagent is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
