Anti-APLP1 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets APLP1. It is of IgG isotype and unconjugated, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent is supplied as a liquid and purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 100 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 39–300 of human APLP1 (NP_005157.1). Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be stored at −20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
