Anti-APLN Antibody

Apelin (APLN) is a secreted peptide and the endogenous ligand for the APJ receptor (APLNR), with described roles in cardiovascular regulation, angiogenesis, energy metabolism, and fluid homeostasis. This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against the human Apelin precursor and its processed isoforms, including Apelin-36, Apelin-17, and Apelin-13 (as well as its pyroglutamated Pyr1 form). It is validated for Western blot on human samples and is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, in an unconjugated format intended for research use only.
