Anti-APLF (Ab-116) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a non-phosphopeptide epitope surrounding serine 116 of human APLF (aprataxin and PNK-like factor, also known as C2orf13, PALF, XIP1, and XRCC1-interacting protein 1), enabling detection of endogenous levels of the total APLF protein. The antibody is provided as a 50 µL aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a PBS buffer (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with the IgG fraction remaining unconjugated. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples, and the product is shipped at 4 °C with a recommendation to aliquot and store at −20 °C while avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
