Anti-APITD1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting APITD1 (also known as MHF1), available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human samples.

According to manufacturer information, the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–138 of human APITD1 (NP_954988.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 16 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific. A recommended western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is reported by the manufacturer.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
