Description
This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets APIP. It is unconjugated and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen used was recombinant full length Human APIP, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of APIP protein. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~ 27kDa.
The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The antibody is of the IgG isotype.
