Description
Supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against APEX1. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for WB and IHC applications.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 190-240 of Human APEX1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of APEX1 protein. The associated target, APEX1, has a molecular weight of approximately 37 kDa.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
