Anti-APEX1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab175315)

A primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets APEX1 (also referred to as APE1) and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It reacts with human samples and is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–318 of human APEX1/APE1 (NP_542380.1). It is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the target protein has a molecular weight of 39 kDa. The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography and shipped at 4°C. Upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
