Anti-APEX1 Antibody

From the Antibodies.com Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against APEX1 and is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen was recombinant full length Human APEX1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of APEX1 protein, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 36 kDa. It is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and has been verified on Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supported by 3 scientific validation images.
