Anti-APC1 (E684) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets APC1 at the E684 epitope. The unconjugated reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 650-698 of human APC1, and detects endogenous levels of APC1 protein.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
