Anti-APC (phospho-S2054) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against APC phosphorylated at Serine 2054. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human APC around the phosphorylation site of Serine 2054, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of APC protein only when phosphorylated at Ser2054.

The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
