Anti-APC Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to the C-terminal region of human APC. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and it is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, and it has been confirmed to detect endogenous levels of APC in human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species research workflows. The polyclonal nature of the reagent provides broad epitope coverage, and the unconjugated format allows end users to pair it with their preferred secondary detection chemistry.
