Anti-Apaf-1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human Apaf-1 (Apoptotic Protease-Activating Factor 1, also known as KIAA0413). Provided as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the unconjugated antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Apaf-1 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA workflows. Cross-reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for studies of the intrinsic apoptotic pathway across a range of model systems.
