Anti-AP3B1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets AP3B1 (also referred to as HPS2) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, supported by four scientific validation images.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 895–1094 of human AP3B1 (NP_003655.3) and is affinity purified. The reported molecular weight is 132 kDa. The reagent is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry.
