Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting the AP-2 complex subunit alpha-1 (AP2A1) protein. Offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG, the reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human AP2A1 (NP_055018.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 108 kDa. The antibody is validated for Western blot at recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 and is listed for immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only.
