Anti-AP1M2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting AP1M2. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 164-423 of human AP1M2 (NP_005489.2) and is reactive with human and mouse samples.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody is validated for Western blot and ICC/IF, with recommended dilutions of 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 48 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
