Anti-AP1M1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets AP1M1 (adaptor-related protein complex 1 subunit mu 1) and is raised in rabbit. The IgG antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

It is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–160 of human AP1M1 (NP_115882.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 49 kDa.

For Western blotting, a dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is recommended. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
