Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400-448 of Human AP-2γ and is intended to detect endogenous levels of AP-2γ protein. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 45 kDa.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
