Anti-AP-1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary polyclonal reagent is a rabbit-derived antibody raised against the AP-1 transcription factor and is supplied in a 50 µl volume at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml. It is unconjugated and presented as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, with the active immunoglobulin fraction affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human AP-1 around the non-phosphorylation site of threonine 91, allowing the antibody to detect endogenous levels of the AP-1 protein across multiple model systems. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunoprecipitation (IP), and ELISA, and the reagent has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. For routine handling, short-term storage at2–8 °C is acceptable, while long-term stability is maintained at –20 °C for up to one year without appreciable loss of titer.
